Costing £650,000, the new facilities are located at the four-star DoubleTree by Hilton, Bristol City Centre hotel on Redcliffe Way, increasing its conference and meeting capacity while adding on more bedrooms.
Work to extend the facilities follows a rise in recent years of businesses looking to hold conferences, meetings and events in Bristol, away from the more traditional locations such as Birmingham and Manchester.
Close to Temple Meads train station and with the added bonus of having plenty of on-site parking, it’s the ideal venue for a meeting or event that will reflect well on the host.
Boasting the most up-to-date facilities in the city, those now looking to impress will be hard pushed to find a better venue for their event.
On the ground floor the space can be used either as two separate meeting rooms or as one individual room that will host 150 delegates. There is also a state-of-the-art break out room.
On the reception floor there are again two smaller meeting rooms or one large space that can accommodate up to 120 delegates. There is also a board room which is ideal for meetings for up to 14 people.
The final element of the programme is on the first floor, where five new, standard double bedrooms have added taking the total number of rooms at the venue to 206.
