To mark the start of National Golf Month in May, luxury five-star hotel, golf & spa club Luton Hoo is launching a series of new corporate golf activities.
New for 2016, corporate guests can now experience the hotel’s 7,107-yard, par 73, 18-hole course which is not only one of the longest in the UK but also incorporates elements of the original Victorian 9-hole course sculpted from Capability Brown Listed parklands.

The new golfing packages are designed specifically for corporate visitors to the hotel and are available as an add-on to meetings and events booked at Luton Hoo Hotel or its exclusive waterside venue Warren Weir.

Activities on offer include a Demonstrational Clinic involving group tuition on how to improve technical ability on the driving range, a Putting Clinic for beginners to develop their putting skills and, for those looking to add a competitive edge to their activities, a Putting Competition is available inclusive of a Luton Hoo putting certificate for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Event bookers also have the options of a complete Short Game Clinic covering everything from short iron play to making the perfect putt.

Mark Bierton, Country Club Manager at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa said: “With such fantastic golfing facilities right on the doorstep of our function and meetings rooms, it made sense for us to create a suite of add-on golf activities for corporate event bookers. We get a lot of enquiries about golf when people come to view the facilities and plan their event at Luton Hoo but very rarely are all delegates keen or accomplished golfers. With the new activities we have something for golfers of all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned pros.”

All of the golfing packages at Luton Hoo include expert instruction from the hotel’s dedicated golf team and are available for £175 per hour.
