ONYX secures management agreement for Shama Midlevels in Hong Kong

Ramping up the Shama portfolio whilst reinforcing its leadership position in the serviced apartment industry

Leading international hospitality provider ONYX Hospitality Group has signed a new management agreement under the serviced apartment brand Shama, to rebrand a 24-key serviced apartment in Hong Kong to Shama Midlevels, effective 1 May 2016.
The latest Shama serviced apartment will be situated on 9K Kennedy Road, one of the most upscale neighbourhoods on the Island side, bringing a peaceful and quiet ambience, and an ideal home away from home for small families and business travellers alike.


The property will be conveniently connected to the Admiralty MTR station through a short walk to Three Pacific Place, and the stylish eateries and bars within the Starstreet Precinct. It also offers convenient access to the central business districts of Central and Causeway Bay.

Shama Midlevels is comprised of 24 one-bedroom units, with intimacy and privacy made possible by its one-per-floor 60-square-metre apartment. Each luxuriously appointed unit will offer a greenery view, and will come with a fully equipped kitchen, an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower, and bright living and dining area, together with state-of-the art features such as Wi-Fi internet, dual laundry washer and dryer, and high-definition satellite television with sound-bar home theatre system.

The rooftop overlooks the fabulous views of the Central, Admiralty and Wanchai districts whilst the ground floor garden is superbly designed for guests to chill out. Guests can make a cup of coffee or tea at the concierge, and enjoy a relaxing moment. The property will also provide personalised housekeeping service, 24-hour security, business corner and on-site management providing concierge services.
