Beaumont Estate unveils 'Lillibet Afternoon Tea'

Beaumont Estate Lillibet Afternoon Tea
Beaumont Estate, part of the PH Hotels Collection, in Old Windsor has unveiled its new Lillibet Afternoon Tea in celebration of Her Majesty’s 90th birthday this April. The tea package takes its name from the Queen’s endearing nickname and will be available from 21st April (Her Majesty’s birthday). Celebrations take place up and down the country from April – June 2016 and the Lillibet Afternoon Tea will be available for this time too.

The afternoon tea has been carefully crafted by the Beaumont culinary team to include some of Her Majesty’s favourite cakes and sandwiches served alongside quintessentially British fancies including delicate finger sandwiches with classic fillings such as smoked salmon & cream cheese, roast beef & horseradish and egg salad. Gorgeous buttermilk scones will be accompanied by ruby red strawberry preserve and Devonshire clotted cream and a selection of delectable pastries. Unlimited Earl Grey tea or coffee is served with the delicious spread.

Tea is taken in the elegant surroundings of the White House which features stylish Georgian and Art Deco styled rooms. Large groups can request private dining options and weather permitting tea can be taken outdoors in the landscaped lawns, the picturesque Hanover Courtyard and the secluded Tudor Courtyard.

The Lillibet Afternoon Tea is priced at £20.00 per person/ £25.00 per person (inclusive of a glass of prosecco or Pimm’s) and includes a selection of finger sandwiches, cakes, scones, unlimited tea or coffee. Bespoke options such as speciality teas and gluten free alternatives can be accommodated, enquire when booking. The Lillibet Afternoon Tea can be incorporated into corporate events with tea served during afternoon breakout sessions. The tea also works as a team incentive day.
