The ‘Meet Well Conferences’ package is a new way of meeting; trading the hustle and bustle and dark, stuffy meeting rooms and heavy food for fresh sea air, green open spaces, energy boosting cuisine and wellbeing activities, from £50 per delegate..
The energy boosting cuisine will feature delicious, yet, nutritionally balanced lunches including perfectly seasoned bulgar wheat salads, delicious open sandwiches on rye bread and tandoori spiced chicken or tofu skewers. Healthy snacking options that are not packed with sugar and aim to boost energy are also provided, such as pumpkin seeds and raisins, soya milk blueberry smoothies and gluten free cookies. Wellbeing activities include mini massages, yoga & Zumba classes, as well as power walking trails in Richmond Park in conjunction with sister hotel, Richmond Hill Hotel.
Andrew Mosley, general manager at The Grand Brighton, comments: “Our new wellness campaign builds on the outstanding conference packages at The Grand, which includes flexible events space and superfast 1GB wireless connection in all meeting rooms. By making sure delegates are ‘fit for business’ they will be more productive and engaged, bringing a fresh outlook to the conference programme.”
As part of the wellness campaign, The Grand Brighton and Richmond Hill Hotel are also offering meetings and event bookers the opportunity to win a Nutribullet Magic Bullet or Fitbit Alta.
