Wyboston Lakes announces new concierge service

Wyboston Lakes announced the launch of their brand new executive concierge service, available to guests from Wednesday 6th April.
With the appointment of Head Concierge Cristian Lambourne, Wyboston Lakes continues to offer the highest level of service and hospitality to guests of the hotel, the Waterfront Restaurant and the award-winning Y Spa. 

Hotel Manager Paul Rhodes commented “Cristian’s appointment is an exciting step forward in realising our aspirations in service and hospitality. Our concierge will convey a sense of calm competence and a deep sense of respect for the guest’s time, convenience and satisfaction.”

On hand throughout the entire guest experience, the new concierge service will offer a personal touch and a wealth of knowledge with when suggesting activities and days out, whilst supporting local tourism in the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire area. Cristian joins with the brief to serve as an ambassador in guest care and hospitality, as well enhancing the hotels in-room technology and guest services platform, Crave. 

Moving to Wyboston Lakes with solid and varied hospitality experience, Cristian has previously worked as cabin crew for Thompsonfly and as front of house for Rhinefield House Hotel in the heart of the New Forest.
