Pride in the Brooklands historic location gave Brooklands Hotel the inspiration to name the restaurant after the year the famous racetrack was built and opened. Executive Head Chef, Adam Potten, and his creative team continue to design the predominantly British style menu using the best sourced produce and combined with modern cooking techniques this delivers simple, honest food.
The ethos behind our grill is heritage and quality. The beef is sourced by selecting breeds that come with the traditions of British farming at its heart. The steaks are then carefully cut in house straight off the bone, ensuring the cooking compliments the history.
Two AA Rosettes are awarded to restaurants that demonstrate innovation, great technical skill and more consistency and judgment in combining and balancing ingredients. The AA Quality Standard Report stated that “the two AA Rosettes were retained for the quality of the food at dinner. Hospitality was very good, with good guest interaction during dinner.”
Marco Gervasoni, General Manager of Brooklands Hotel, says “I am extremely proud of my team for ensuring that we retain our two AA Rosettes. This demonstrates our commitment to exceed the ordinary, through our ‘Make It Happen’ philosophy.”
This accolade comes shortly after Brooklands Hotel was listed in the top 10 of the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For in 2016.
