Luštica Bay announces construction on first hotel this year, as easyJet launch two new flight routes to Montenegro

Luštica Bay
Almost a year after it welcomed its first residents, there is yet another milestone to celebrate at Luštica Bay, the vast residential and lifestyle development on the Adriatic, as they announce this week that construction on their first hospitality project is to start this year. The breakthrough news comes just as the British low-cost airline carrier, easyJet, announces new flight routes from London Gatwick and Manchester Airport to Tivat, Montenegro.

The 5-star marina hotel, which will command a prime position out onto the emerald Adriatic Sea, is the first of seven hotels that Orascom Development, the developer behind the spectacular destination of Luštica Bay, whose site spans 690 acres of rich vegetation and panoramic vistas, will be establishing on the peninsula as part of the long-standing project. The hotel will comprise 110 condominium suites, replete with arresting views. 54 of these will be available to purchase as part of the complex’s investment program, a process managed by the hotel itself. Guests of both the private condominiums and hotel will have access to the full range of luxurious amenities, which will include a dramatic outdoor pool, a spa & fitness centre and an array of restaurants.

Last summer proved somewhat of a landmark time for Luštica Bay, for it welcomed its first homeowners who, in turn, became the foundations of a burgeoning community. This year, construction continues apace, for there are other project highlights afoot. The first of the F Buildings, construction on which began towards the end of 2015, are already complete, and work is due to begin on the G Buildings, the next phase of real estate, within the next month. Sales at Luštica Bay continue to impress, with 90% of the F and G clusters already sold. Significant progress has also been made over the winter months at Luštica Bay’s marina, due to complete by Summer 2017, and will be able to host a few boats this summer.

With easyJet announcing their inaugural routes from the two international British cities of London and Manchester, it is evident that Montenegro continues to prove attractive to not only holidaymakers, but to real estate investors, too.
