Hotel re-imagines traditional meeting space for business and leisure guests

London Hilton on Park Lane has announced the launch of its new meeting offering, Creative Hubs, that recognises the growing demand for mobile, connected and inspiring work environments for business and leisure travellers.
London Hilton on Park Lane, which was recognised as England’s Leading Business Hotel at the 2015 World Travel Awards, has introduced the full service desk space as part of its existing meeting offerings.

The packages offered includes the Huddle, available to be booked two weeks in advance, for up to five people, and the Hot Desk, which is available for bookings 48 hours in advance, for up to two people.

Creative Hub packages include complimentary Wi-Fi, stationary and access to the hotel’s business facilities, as well as a continuous catering service that includes coffee, tea, sweets and biscuits throughout the day.

Bookings also include a dedicated reception desk and AV facilities, available on request at an extra charge.

Lunch can be booked on the day of through room service or sandwiches can be pre-ordered. Alternatively, guests have the choice of reserving a table in one of the hotel’s famous restaurants, the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows, AA-rosette awarded Podium Restaurant and Bar or the Polynesian-inspired Trader Vic’s.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, London Hilton on Park Lane boasts 453 guest rooms and 56 suites, all with stunning views over Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. From West End theatres to world famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the hotel’s close proximity to Hyde Park and Green Park underground stations makes it the perfect base from which to explore.

The Huddle meeting space starts from £100.00+VAT for one hour and goes up to 400.00+VAT for up to eight hours. The Hot Desk is £199.00+VAT per day for up to 10 hours.
