Marlin forms official partnerships with Sky and Maxxton

Marlin Apartments, the largest owner-operator of serviced apartments in London, announces official partnerships with Sky and Maxxton, which will see Sky TV installed across the board and the adoption of a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Following the trial of Sky TV at its London Bridge and Canary Wharf properties this summer, Marlin Apartments has agreed a significant five-year partnership with Sky, which will make a wide selection of entertainment channels including 11 movie and seven sports channels available across all of its six London properties.

In addition to its new agreement with Sky, Marlin has formed a business partnership with Maxxton to introduce a personalised ERP system internally. The system will provide Marlin with a single database solution to its property management (PMS) including housekeeping and maintenance, as well as a CRM system featuring extensive business analysis.

Susan Cully, Managing Director of Marlin Apartments said: “2015 has been an outstanding year for Marlin Apartments which has seen the new launch of our new mobile website and meeting space booking service as well as exciting partnerships for the benefit of our guests.”

“Whilst providing business and leisure travellers with a comfortable home-from –home environment has always been at the forefront of Marlin’s business, we believe the addition of Sky TV in our apartments will further empower our guests to personalise their stay.”

“By working with Maxxton on a personalised ERP system, we are hoping to provide our staff with a solution which will increase efficiency to better serve our guests.  Most importantly, new features such as an integrated CRM will help us gain a thorough understanding of the needs of our guests,” she explained.
