The Conservatorium Hotel, Amsterdam, partners with Stutterheim raincoats

The Conservatorium, Amsterdam wardrobe
The Conservatorium, Amsterdam’s leading luxury lifestyle palace, is delighted to announce that it has partnered with Stutterheim Stockholm raincoats, the trendy Swedish-based outerwear and accessory designer, enabling guests of the hotel to embrace Amsterdam’s once inconvenient winter weather in total style. Fans of Stutterheim include rappers Kanye West and Jay Z.

During a stay in one of 7 signature suites at the hotel, guests will now have exclusive use of a Stutterheim raincoat. The raincoats will be hanging in the suite’s wardrobe, ready to be used upon arrival. Stutterheim's vision is to create great rainwear and accessories, filled with craftsmanship, passion and authenticity. The raincoats follow the current Northern European trend for unisex clothing, having only one style and shape that look great on both men and women. Guests will be able to use the raincoats throughout their stay free of charge. If desired, they will also be able to take them home for a price of €230 including VAT.

Started by Alexander Stutterheim and based upon his grandfather’s old fisherman’s coat, Stutterheim is becoming a globally recognized brand, with Kanye West recently wearing a raincoat while out in the rain with partner Kim Kardashian. Each coat is handmade, with a strong attention to detail, while ensuring the best protection there is – enough to protect Stutterheim’s brave grandfather through the heaviest rains and loudest thunderstorms of the treacherous North Sea.

Guests of the three main signature suites - the Concerto Suite, the I ♥ Amsterdam Suite, and the Penthouse Suite – along with two of the rooftop suites and two of the Van Baerle suites will all be offered use of the raincoats. The Conservatorium hotel’s suites all provide the ultimate guest experience with a unique aesthetic and character inspired by the hotel’s stunning original features. Each suite is a masterpiece of contemporary design from Piero Lissoni with bespoke furniture and luxurious bathrooms and superb views over Amsterdam. Each suite comes with a complimentary Amsterdam airport transfer and complimentary access to Akasha Holistic Wellbeing Centre.
