Kaba Mobile Key Access Integrates with hetras PMS; Delivers ‘Automated Guest Journey’ at Village Hotels

Kaba announced that it partnered with hetras to implement a fully-integrated Mobile Key Access solution for Village Hotels. The Village Hotel Glasgow, Scotland went live with Kaba-hetras mobile access on October 25.
Village Hotels expects to complete its full mobile guest experience rollout to all 28 properties in 2016. Kaba provides the Saflok™ and ILCO™ brands of electronic locks.   hetras is the leading German-based developer of fully Internet-based management applications for hotels and chains.

Guests will receive their mobile key via the Village Hotels app provided by hetras.” von Ditfurth noted that the hetras product also enables guests to book directly online to save Village Hotels the expense of booking fees. “The hetras open APIs make it easy to deliver a totally mobile journey that includes secure mobile key delivery for guests.”
