Hosted by hospitality research consultants BDRC, the Forum addresses a different themed segment each year. For 2015 it tackles the biggest issues facing owners, operators and investors.
Brand Margin®, the unique financial metric of hotel brand value, will be formally showcased at the event, following the enthusiastic reception given to a paper by CEO Dr Cris Tarrant at the recent Annual Hotels Conference. Other hot topics include OTAs, launching a new brand, asset management and compliance & security.
A star cast of speakers is drawn from the professions (banking and law) as well as consultancy and the investment community. Hands-on consultants in branding, health & safety and security will share their invaluable experience from the cutting edge.
