The 2015 Best in Travel Poll by Smart Travel Asia, travel magazine for Asia with more than 1,000,000 online magazine readers voting, has now been running for 12 years and reflects perceptions of the readers. Votes, which were collected during an open poll that ran for three months, were based on real-life travel experiences, word-of-mouth opinions, as well as the popularity of hospitality brands as created by advertising and public relations efforts. The results demonstrated an increase in voters from India, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Middle East, Australia and Europe.
