The £19.07 menu has been designed by the restaurant’s celebrated creative team to be the ideal choice for a reasonably priced yet high quality business lunch or an informal lunch with friends.
Devised to offer a great choice of light dishes that are full of flavour and delicious in taste, 1907’s £19.07 new menu is available every Monday to Thursday between 12pm and 2.30pm.
Located on the site of the historic Brooklands motor racing track, 1907 Restaurant, Bar & Grill is aptly named after the year the world famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant, as well as Brooklands Hotel itself, offer a stylish experience in both ambience and service delivery.
Headed up by Norman Farquharson, formerly of the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington and The Doyle Collection’s The Marylebone Hotel in central London, 1907’s ethos is to use simple and honest ingredients which are locally and seasonally sourced to create classic dishes with modern cooking techniques.
The starters on the current menu are Wealdway Ash goats’ cheese salad with rocket, spiced red wine poached pear and toasted walnuts; beetroot cured salmon with pickled golden beetroots and horseradish mascarpone; or a freshly prepared seasonal soup.
The mains to choose from include roast sea bass fillet with creamed leek, tender stem broccoli and mashed potato; chicken ballotine with spring onion mousse and heritage carrots; or a Tagliatelle pasta with wild mushrooms, baby spinach, Parmesan and truffle.
To finish, the desserts choices are baked apple and almond tartlet with crème fraiche and calvados ice cream; dark chocolate mousse with lime sorbet; or a cinnamon cake with mulled wine pear and orange mascarpone.
