Contract hire business model reflects changing face of learning and developmentRichmond Hill Hotel, just under 30 minutes from Central London and on the key routes to the Midlands and West Country, is introducing contract hire training spaces to its conference and events portfolio.
Competitively priced training suites are now available and give corporate and training organisations paired back interiors in which to create their own dedicated centre for longer term training programmes.
This new offering has been devised in response to an emerging demand by end users and training organisations, who are looking for an immersive delegate experience through brand and product display, while also reducing their fixed asset and training delivery costs. The packages afford clients the flexibility to style the rooms to match their specific corporate branding, as well as enabling and also giving them a London base without long-term commitment.
Richmond Hill Hotel has long been recognised for its training and event facilities for day and longer length term programmes for clients including Sabre and Reed Exhibitions. A recent £6m refurbishment means that the hotel has the latest in-room technology as well as championing British designers giving delegates a conducive space for both work and resting.
The hotel is situated on the edge of Richmond Park and provides delegates quick access to over 2,500 acres of green space for running, cycling and fresh air thinking.
Diane Tapner-Evans, General Manager said: “We have seen an increase in demand for training space as companies look at experiential learning and development initiatives. We have been encouraged by the number of companies who are keen to capitalise on our contract hire spaces by taking the opportunity to replicate and bring to life their own environment at the same time as reducing their fixed asset and training delivery costs.”
Prices are on application and available for a minimum hire period of 3 months and contracts include:
