The Park Corbett and The Park Wayanad – opening winter 2015
The Park Hotels will add two new luxury hotels to The Park Collection brand, which is a group of one off boutique hotels in exciting destinations. The new hotels will be in areas of outstanding natural beauty and are due to open at the end of the year.

Priya Paul, Chairperson of The Park Hotels said, “The majority of our hotels are in cities across India and it is exciting to grow the collection into more off-the-beaten-track leisure destinations. We expect to see significant demand for these hotels from international guests.”

The Park Corbett, Jim Corbett National Park (Uttarakhand, North India) opens in November 2015 and will have 40 rooms. It will be the first branded luxury hotel to open in the park, which is one of the best in India and home to a spectacular array of wildlife, including the Bengal Tiger. The hotel has a prime position, accessible all year round and situated close to the park entrance. It has expansive landscaped gardens and combines natural materials, including local stone with contemporary design. The hotel will offer excellent dining and services, including safaris run by the in-house naturalists.

The Park Wayanad in Northern Kerala is also set to open at the end of the year. The hotel will have around 25 cottages and villas and is located in the forested area of Wayanad that extends into the hills of the Western Ghats. The ambience here will be that of an eco-resort, with breath-taking views, again with Park Hotel’s exquisite design, dining and service culture.
