The Roman property has partnered with fellow Michelin starred hotels, Capri Palace Hotel & Spa in Anacapri and Hotel Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole to create a six day tour which will showcase the culinary best from city, country and coast, with menus created by some of the leading chefs in Italy.
The journey starts at Capri Palace Hotel & Spa in Anacapri where guests will enjoy a six course dinner prepared by chef Andrea Migliaccio. They will then have two days to enjoy the beautiful island property before heading to luxury Hotel Eden where chef Fabio Ciervo’s menu at La Terrazza dell’Eden reflects innovative Mediterranean cuisine. The dining experience is further enhanced by spellbinding views of the Eternal City.
After two days in Rome guests will then be taken to the Tuscany and Hotel Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, where they will enjoy another Michelin dinner, this time created by Chef Sebastiano Lombardi.
The Culinary Journey includes:
