The Stay du Jour package offers guests the chance to stay in one of the group’s luxurious suites, complete with prestige pampering products, polished copper bath and state of the art audio visual gadgets, plus be the first to enjoy three courses of food heaven from the newly introduced Menu du Jour.
Priced at only £89.95 per person and including the hotels’ legendary full English breakfast the next day, the package offers an ideal overnight break of indulgent food in indulgent surroundings, but without the indulgent price tag.
The new Menu du Jour is a daily, changing menu featuring a special selection of Chef’s favourites, all using fresh, seasonal ingredients and offering a twist on the classics unique to The House Collection.
Dive into dishes such as chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche, shallot and port marmalade and dressed leaves to start, savour oven-roasted fillet of salmon with pea purée, buttered new potatoes and crab bisque for mains and indulge in sinful puds such as vanilla crème brûlée with lemon shortbread and raspberry sorbet.
Available in the Dining Room at Poets and Paddocks House throughout the week, the Menu du Jour can be enjoyed on its own priced at only £22.95 for three courses or £18.95 for two courses, or as part of the special Stay du Jour overnight package.
