Regal Hotels makes booking meetings and events MICE and easy with its new Book More, Enjoy More offer

Hong Kong-based Regal Hotels has further enhanced its comprehensive MICE offering by launching a new package called Book More, Enjoy More.
The offer, which runs until December 31, 2015 and applies to bookings of 15 or more guest rooms for a meeting or conference event at any of Regal’s 14 hotels across Hong Kong and mainland China, entitles MICE bookers to a range of extra privileges and added benefits. These include everything from complimentary in-room phone calls and room upgrades to discounts on in-house audio-visual equipment rental and a complimentary one-hour evening cocktail reception.


With 14 hotels already open and a further ten set to open by the end of 2016, Regal Hotels offers MICE bookers an unprecedented range of options in the region, including an incredible range of bookable options from massive opulent ball rooms to flexible meetings spaces for smaller meetings. Moreover, its MICE offering is backed by World-class food and beverage options, leisure facilities and state of the art facilities such as the high definition ‘LED Wall’ in the pillarless Versailles Ballroom at Regal Kowloon Hotel in Hong Kong, guaranteed to give an edge to events, meetings and presentations.

The group‘s strong MICE offering extends to its latest opening the Regal Airport Hotel, Xi’an in China, which has just opp[ened for bookings. Facilities at the Regal Airport Hotel, Xi’an include three ballrooms, topped by a stunning 720 sqm Grand Ballroom capable of holding 1,200 people, and 20 meeting rooms backed by a range of Executive Club Lounges. The RAH  Xi’an is also the only hotel directly connected to Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, where Regal guests can take advantage of its VIP ‘meet and greet’ and fast track boarding services.

Other popular options for MICE bookers include the Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong, which is connected directly to Hong Kong International Airport via a covered walkway. The property features 30 function rooms, including a Grand Hotel Ballroom that can hold 1,500 people; a VIP ‘Meet & Greet’ service at the airport; and a Business Centre that offers everything from temporary office space to secretarial services.
