The Taj Group spices up the World Economic Forum at Davos

After the success of last year, the Taj Group will once again spice up the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2015 at Davos-Klosters, Switzerland from 21st – 24th January, 2015. Recreating a quintessential Indian hangout - the 'adda' - to accompany the four-day intellectual marathon. A contemporary indoor ‘Taj cafe' at the promenade will provide a selection of energising breakfasts, authentic Indian lunches and traditional Indian high teas.

Uniquely crafted menus will comprise delicacies from around the whole of India, including the likes of Rava Idli, Tari Wala Murg, Paneer Achari, Batata Vada and Chenna Payesh and Barfi.  In Taj's continuos commitment to celebrate Indian culture and heritage, specially curated recipes and rare spices – being the core of their legendary gastronomic offering across their award-winning restaurants - will also be showcased to heads of state, business leaders and intellectuals with subtle cravings for spice.
