New dining room at Samode Haveli now open

New dining room at Samode Haveli
Mahout has announce that the new dining room is now fully functioning at Samode Haveli and is a triumph.  Guests are loving the space and the new menus, and it has totally transformed the hotel.  Equally, it has allowed the old dining room to revert to what it always was – a beautiful, warm, welcoming sitting room and library.  This is vitally important in the colder, winter months and it provides ample extra space for guests to relax in.

The new dining room has 60 covers and a private dining room which can cater to 28 people – ideal for private parties.  There is also a new bar which seats 25 people and it has its own, intimate courtyard.  The bar is open from 19.00 – 23.00 hrs. The main dining room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Breakfast is a full Indian and Western buffet. Lunch and dinner are Indian or Western a la carte.  There is also an upper terrace above the dining room which will be used for private lunches and dinners of up to 80 people.

The lighting will be soft and warm, with candles at night.  Non-resident guests will be welcome to dine there with prior reservations, but access will be via the carpark so no in-house guests will be disturbed or affected.  The central courtyard, previously used for dining on balmy days, will be open for in-house guests and drinks will be served there in the evenings.  Drinks and snacks are now also being served by the pool.
