Libuse Arnost has joined Campanile Hotel Dartford at Crossways Business Park on Clipper Boulevard West, after working in the hospitality sector for almost a decade.
The 32-year-old has built up a wealth of experience with previous positions including working as a sales manager at Worldwide Travel Destination Management and as a supervisor at Hotel Ibis London Excel Docklands.
It is the first time Campanile Hotel Dartford has appointed a sales manager and Libuse hopes she will be able to establish new relationships with clients at the same time as strengthening the venue’s position in the competitive hospitality market.
She said: “It is an exciting time to come on board as sales manager at Campanile Hotel Dartford. Not only is the hotel celebrating 20 years in business, the wider hospitality market in the area is also expanding.
“Over the next five years there are plans to introduce a new entertainment district in Ebbsfleet which is close to the hotel.
“This will greatly boost tourism in the area and open up fantastic opportunities for us as a prominent hotel in the area.
“Campanile Hotel Dartford is currently doing very well in the market and I hope to only strengthen this position by developing new relationships with both corporate and leisure clients.
“We have a fantastic team at the venue and maintaining a good team spirit will ensure that our customers have an enjoyable stay and return to the venue.”
Campanile Hotel Dartford, which is part of the French-based company Louvre Hotels Group, was set up in 1994 to meet a growing demand for leisure and business accommodation in the area.
The hotel has since undergone a number of refurbishments and employs over 30 people including catering, maintenance, housekeeping and management staff.
Frederic Rousselle, general manager at Campanile Hotel Dartford, added: “It is fantastic to be able to welcome Libuse as the hotel celebrates a major milestone.
“It is a new position at the hotel and we are confident that her expertise will strengthen the management team and enhance the overall success of the hotel as it continues to grow.
“We are also looking forward to taking on future challenges and opportunities as the wider hospitality sector in Dartford expands.”
