As part of the Hybrid Meeting package, the traditional face to face meetings take place in the hotel’s well-appointed Bardolino meeting room, which accommodates up to 50 participants. To reach an infinite audience through a large scale hybrid meeting the Aranda ballroom presents the ideal location, a stylishly decorated grand ballroom with high ceilings and no view-blocking pillars. Able to comfortably hold up to 300 people in real time, an unlimited number of attendees can participate in real time online using the cutting-edge equipment to hand.

Amari Pattaya’s Hybrid Meeting Package costs THB 1,700 per person (approximately £33) plus 145,000 THB* (approximately £2,818*) for the full technical set-up. Included:
- Meeting room set up for face-to-face ‘studio meeting’ with stage and audience setting as theatre, classroom or cabaret seating
- Room rental from 08.00 – 12.00 hours OR 13.00 to 17.00 hours
- One coffee break, morning or afternoon, with fresh pastries
