CC bar, formerly called POP bar, has been redesigned with a chic and stylish interior by renowned interior designer Joe Fraher. Calming and neutral tones with intricate lighting effects give the illusion of a secret garden, allowing guests to enjoy bubbles beneath the vines.
Having partnered with Vranken Pommery Monopole, one of the worlds top Champagne houses, CC bar will offer a wide selection of Champagne and signature cocktails. With a unique menu of hand crafted Champagne cocktails, guests can enjoy ‘CC’s Strawberry Fields’ (Fresh strawberries shaken with white rum, topped with Cuvée Diamant Brut NV), ‘Sparkling Mint’ (Fresh mint shaken with gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar topped with Cuvée Diamant Brut NV), ‘Blueberry Bubbles’ (Blueberry liqueur shaken with Crème de Mûre and cinnamon syrup topped with Cuvée Diamant Brut NV) and ‘Fresh Twist’ (Vodka shaken with lemongrass, fresh raspberries and cranberry juice topped up with Cuvée Diamant Brut NV).
Also available are some Champagne cocktail classics; CC’s Mimosa, Raspberry and Vanilla Bellini and Cherry Blossom Bellini. From the new menu, guests can choose from a range of CC bites including squid tempura with chilli chutney, mixed olives with garlic bread and the ultimate accompaniment to a glass of Champagne, a bowl of strawberries.
