The first Hong Kong property that meets Relais & Châteaux’s standard of luxuryBibo joins Relais & Châteaux, largely regarded as the authority on the world’s finest hoteliers, chefs and restaurateurs, once again marking a first for Hong Kong’s thriving dining scene. The city’s first street level French fine dining restaurant opened in May 2014, breaking the laws of what fine dining is supposed to be. This acceptance into luxury by Relais & Chateaux, further cements Bibo’s mould shattering reputation and innovative philosophy.
Bibo is first and foremost a passion project with creativity at the core of its offering. In the kitchen, Executive Chef Mutaro Balde, together with Chef de Cuisine Conor Beach, bring creativity to each dish which pay homage to the traditions of French cuisine by reinterpreting classic French dishes. At the Bar, Head Mixologist Alexandre Chatté creates a dynamic menu of handcrafted cocktails, playing with unusual and complex ingredients as well as exceptional spirits. Restaurant Manager Arturo Sims makes sure every guest is taken care of and experiences everything Bibo has to offer.
