In order to be certified, a hotel must receive an average review score of 80% based on five criteria including customer service, cleanliness, quality of rooms, quality of food, family friendliness and value for money. The resort averaged a score of 93% across 233 guest reviews over the last twelve months.
The resort also achieved a rating of 5 out of 6 points based on the combined average of the “overall review” and “would stay again” scores.

Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket will be nominated in the 2nd annual AsiaRooms.com Hotel Awards 2014 which kicks off in September. Winners will be announced at the end of December 2014.
