The Statesman Suite caters for events for up to 250 people and is set to host a variety of weddings, parties and meetings over the coming months.
The hotel’s transformation includes a fully revamped menu to compliment the full-service restaurant now in operation.
The chic Forest Restaurant & Bar now offers a varied selection of meals and snacks, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and exciting taste combinations.
From traditional roast chicken and lamb dishes to new favourites including pumpkin ravioli and salted caramel brownie, the menu is set to draw in new customers from across south east England.
