Sankara Nairobi is also Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP (DS - 3027: 2002 (E)) Certified. It was the first hotel in Sub-Saharan Africa to achieve the certification in 2011.
HACCP is recognised as one of the most rigorous and comprehensive preventative food safety management systems in the world. This is just one of many accreditations the hotel has taken steps to attain to ensure the safety and comfort of guests is constantly maintained.
