His career has taken him to many hotels and restaurants across Korea and Singapore where his passion has been to portray true Korean style cuisine.

Chef Tom will bring members of his team along for the week and ship fresh produce from Korea to ensure the food has an authentic flair. Cooking will be carried out at the live cooking stations for both lunch and dinner service, where guests will be entertained and can choose their preferred food preparation.
