NH Hotel Group launches new offering for meetings and events: "NH MEETINGS: inspire. create. enjoy.”

NH Hotel Group presents its new value proposition for the meetings and events segment with a stronger and more complete offering. Under the “NH MEETINGS: inspire. create. enjoy.” concept, the company is seeking to standardize the NH offering internationally, provide quality services that are suitable for the needs of different customers and strengthen the group's position as a leader in this segment. Meetings and events account for about 25% of the group's revenue and play a very important role in medium term NH Hotel Group consolidation.

The launch of "NH MEETINGS: inspire. create. enjoy."  is part of the strategic five year plan announced in early 2014 in which four major priorities were identified for the coming years: carry out clear segmentation of hotels under a new brand umbrella, design a new value proposition that improves the customer experience, promote brand awareness enhancing its communication, and optimise management and organisational capabilities, especially those relating to the group's technological systems.

The launch of this new offering is a direct response to the demand for a differentiated offering that provides added value and reflects the needs of various audiences, both organisers and attendees. In recent months, NH Hotel Group has dedicated significant resources and time to an in-depth analysis of the market, trends and customers as well as the offering itself in order to gain clear conclusions and a foundation on which to build a strong value proposition. The result is a concept that brings together key services for this segment with NH's differentiating pillars and values: best service, best location and best value for money in addition to one of the most versatile and consistent meeting room offerings on the market.

“NH MEETINGS: inspire. create. enjoy.” has been created with the aim of offering unique events, inspired by customers' desires and needs, created and executed in a professional and passionate manner and capable of creating memorable long term experiences.

The key elements of the offering are:
·       Ambassador Service: A specially designed service giving customers a single contact person throughout the entire meeting experience who is as dedicated as they are to the event's success. From the group confirmation to the final invoice, customers will find the trust and confidence they need.

·       Specialized Advisory Service: Because every event is different and each sector has its own characteristics, NH Hotel Group provides customers with its vast experience and best industry type and event practises to maximize  results.

·       Customized Professional Response: Personalised budgets and proposals that meet each customer’s needs. Commitment to first response within the first two hours after the request and a complete quotation including total amount and breakdown per type of service within 24 hours, including availability information and clear and simple terms and conditions to aid decision-making.

·       Free, Easy WiFi: Improved internet service, both in terms of speed and access, for improved user experience during events, in rooms and in common areas. With doubled capacity to 0.5 MB in NH hotels and 1 MB in NH Collection and nhow hotels, as well as a new and simple two-step connection process, the user experience will improve substantially.  

·       Tempting Breaks: A unique gastronomic offering which is varied, healthy and attractive, turning coffee breaks into quality and enjoyable experiences. With excellent and fully personalised presentation and menus, NH Hotel Group's culinary proposal offers options for all tastes and dietary needs

·       Eco-Friendly Meetings: For those who are concerned about the environment as we are, NH Hotel Group offers all customers CO2 offsetting of the carbon footprint of their events as well as services aimed at ensuring their sustainability. Reports on the event's carbon footprint, use of environmentally friendly paper products, low energy consumption or LED lighting, access to green transportation services and use of renewable energies in most hotels are some of the services offered as part of this environmental commitment.

Additional services are currently being evaluated for incorporation into the offering at the end of 2014 or early 2015, demonstrating NH Hotel Group's continuing commitment to anticipate consumer needs in order to satisfy and even go beyond their expectations.
