Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait’s idyllic resort, has announced the opening of Salt, its signature seafood lover’s paradise. The fine dining venue presents a large à la carte menu of international and contemporary cuisine and focuses on fresh fish and seafood. It also offers live lobster and different kinds of fish from its eye-catching fish tank at the entrance of the restaurant which is divided into four sections. Three sections are for live fish while the fourth section is for live lobsters.

Served with a selection of vegetables, potatoes and guest’s choice of sauces, the sumptuous seafood dishes are cooked to perfection according to the personal preference of guests.

Open every day except Sundays from 7pm until midnight, guests can also indulge in the Chef’s favourite Seafood Platter of lobster, king crab, mussels, prawns, scallops and marinated salmon for two, while enjoying the marvelous views of the hotel’s gardens.

The venue offers indoor seating with a capacity of 70 and a further 25 outdoors. The Lobster Table offers the tastiest lobster set menu on the largest round table in the restaurant. With its comfortable seating artistically surrounded by the colours of the sea, the overall seafood theme and experience is accompanied by a selection of beverages from creative mocktails and fresh juices to coffee specialties and range of high end teas.

The General Manager of Salt is Hassane Ait Biga, whose vast experience in other seafood restaurants around the world guarantees a truly superb dining experience for all guests.
