The world's first Tweet experience hotel launches a pioneering recruitment process: #IWannaBeTheConciergeThe World First Tweet Experience Hotel, @SolWaveHouse, in Mallorca, is looking for Community Managers for this summer via Twitter.
The vibrant and social hotel, located on the beach, is working with popular Spanish musician, producer and TV star Carlos Jean, to seek out the best Tweet Concierges.
Tweet Concierges blend real and virtual worlds to create a new experience through the hotel’s Social Wi-Fi. Driving conversations, promoting content creation, engaging and interacting personally and virtually with guests, they ultimately create the unique Sol Wave House experience.
This innovative recruitment process will take place in two stages. The first will take place on Twitter, where candidates will have to show creatively why they deserve the position. The second involves meeting the recruitment team face-to-face: Carlos Jean as resident DJ, the hotel's General Manager, the heads of Human Resources and Guest Experience, as well as two expert bloggers in Twitter and Community Management.
