Luxury Belgravia hotel reveals new design for 2014

Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel has unveiled a luxurious refurbishment that has seen the hotel take on a sleek and contemporary look. The boutique Belgravia hotel collaborated exclusively with bespoke interior designer Lynne Hunt London whose sophisticated design across all 88 rooms, from Superior Rooms to Executive Suites, provides guests with an unrivalled quality experience.

State-of-the-art technology and contemporary design enhance guest comfort and give a greater feeling of space. Traditional masterpieces from world-renowned artists such as Francesco Fieravino and Evarista Baschenis, hang above the headboards in each room. Artwork displayed in the corridors offers a modern, decorative take on some of London’s most iconic landmarks.

The rooms fuse elegance with comfort and for added convenience, iPads have been installed in all rooms, featuring a room service app allowing guests to order food and drink to extra pillows and blankets. Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel also ensures guests will feel culturally connected to their local area, with a map showcasing nearby attractions built into the table tops in all rooms.

Commenting on the recent refurbishment, General Manager, Ian Richardson, said: “The new décor builds upon Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel’s existing sense of intimacy and ‘home away from home’ feel, improving our guests’ comfort and the rooms’ functionality.”
