Ultimate pop-up provides privileged access to award-winning chefs in the heart of MayfairBrought to London by TLF Worldwide (the team behind The Cube), the first ever Chef’s Penthouse – a one week pop-up providing an exclusive ‘at home’ experience with two of the world’s best chefs - will take place at Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah Living on Park Lane in March. Chefs Simon Hulstone (UK) and Robert Wiedmaier (USA) will take up residence in the penthouse, one of the biggest in London, whilst guests delight in their delicious food and relax in their company.
With a maximum of 14 seats available per service, guests to the Chef’s Penthouse will enjoy an intimate dining experience at the chefs’ ‘home away from home’. Whether for lunch or dinner, each sitting will include an amazing 8 course tasting menu as well as unlimited chef access for the option to watch and learn from the cooking process. As part of the luxury ‘at home’ experience, guests will also be able to take in the stylish surroundings of the hotel residence’s penthouse, with canapés on the terrace, and post-meal relaxation with the chefs. Working with each chef's Sommelier, Ellis of Richmond will be supplying wine pairing from around the world to accompany Simon and Robert’s dishes.
Recognised as one of the UK’s most decorated chefs, Simon Hulstone has been cooking professionally since his school days and has many awards to his name, including the Roux scholarship for young chefs and the National Chef of the Year award in 2008. In his career, Simon has worked with many big names such as Heston Blumenthal and is now captain of the British side in the Culinary Olympics. Since heading up the team at The Elephant, Torquay, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2006 which it maintains today.

London is a fantastic place to dine and I always enjoy cooking here. Chef's Penthouse at Grosvenor House Apartments is particularly exciting and I look forward to showcasing the flavours of Devon in this relaxed yet luxurious setting."

Known for serving the most refined French cuisine, it consistently wins top awards and ratings for fine dining in Washington, including ‘America’s Top 25 Restaurants in 25 Cities’.

The Chef’s Penthouse will run for lunch and dinner service from Monday 31st March until Saturday 4th April. Tickets are priced from £250 per person for lunch, and £275 per person for dinner. All prices are inclusive of food, drinks, service and VAT.
