Marriott re-launches its Global Pursuits Trade Show

Marriott International is re-launching Marriott Global Pursuits, its respected trade show that is now in its 16th year.  This year, the tradeshow hosted at Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel on Tuesday 18 March, will have a new format with a pre-booking option available, destination booths and experience zones. 

Over 700 customers are expected to attend, from travel agents, wholesalers and meetings and incentive companies across Europe, which is the largest delegation ever.

The exhibition will have a fresh and streamlined design layout powered by touch screens equipped with the Global Pursuits App, which will provide delegates with a digital schedule and an overview of all the exhibitors. 

Experiential zones will give visitors the opportunity to engage with Marriott’s recent innovations, for example, its new Future of Meetings concept that aims to revolutionise the entire meeting experience, making work spaces collaborative and inspiring.

The technologically advanced destination led tradeshow will showcase over 200 Marriott International properties including, the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel and Munich Marriott Hotel – the first Marriott Hotels to unveil the new meeting spaces last year. The recently opened Residence Inn and Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park, the tallest hotel in North America will also be exhibiting along with Protea Hotels, the African hotel group to be acquired by Marriott International on 1 April 2014.

The tradeshow will open at 11am. At 5pm, visitors are invited to join a panel of industry leaders for an educational session to explore the opportunities offered through Sustainable Procurement. This will be followed by evening cocktails and networking at 6pm.
