Work has already started on the project’s £1million phase one at the luxury boutique hotel, originally converted from six Georgian townhouses. Its six unique, newly refurbished suites and apartments will be unveiled in April, including the stunning penthouse and roof terrace.
Hidden away in the tranquil haven of Half Moon Street, the new suites and apartments will offer guests unrivalled luxury accommodation in London’s bustling Mayfair – one of the capital’s most exclusive neighbourhoods; combined with exceptional levels of service and a separate entrance on Clarges Street ensuring absolute discretion and privacy throughout their stay.
Designed by award-winning hospitality consultancy Suna Interior Design, each of the one, two and three-bedroom suites and apartments will have its own individual theme, with the breathtaking décor and colour schemes the epitome of classic style and elegance. The discerning use of space and contemporary, yet practical, design features will provide guests with generous, naturally lit living areas and fully equipped kitchens - making Flemings Mayfair the first choice for a luxurious ‘home away from home’ experience.
The second phase of the programme – refurbishing the hotel’s 115 guest bedrooms – will begin in early 2015 following an additional £1million injection.
Oliver J.Q. Brown, general manager, Flemings Mayfair says: “We’re thrilled to announce news of our exciting and ambitious plans; with the first phase of redesigning and refurbishing our suites and apartments well underway. Already renowned for our quality, boutique offering and exceptional service, the £2million investment will elevate Flemings Mayfair to new levels. Whether guests stay with us days, weeks or months, our suites and apartments will offer the ultimate in luxury living.”
