3rd Citadines residence opens in Germany on March 1st

Citadines City Centre Frankfurt bedroom
The Ascott Limited (Ascott) will open its third Citadines Apart’hotel in Germany on March 1st, 2014.
Citadines City Centre Frankfurt benefits from a prime location at the heart of Frankfurt’s new European Quarter (Europaviertel) in easy walking distance of the central station, congress centre, concert hall and wide-ranging entertainment, dining, spa and shopping facilities.  The Frankfurt Stock Exchange and main business district are just five minutes by Metro.

Citadines Apart’hotel City Centre Frankfurt is made up of 165 stylish studio-, one- and two-bedroom apartments in a contemporary-chic decorative style with comfortable furnishings, elegant artefacts and a fully-equipped functional kitchen.  One- and two-bedroom apartments also have a spacious living area with an integrated work station and private telephone line.

Residence facilities include complimentary WiFi access, a business centre, a state-of-the-art meeting room for up to 20 delegates, private parking, a hi-tech fitness zone, a comfortable breakfast lounge and a 24-hour manned reception.  For the comfort and convenience of guests, a flexible menu of optional hotel-style services, ranging from daily cleaning to shopping or booking a restaurant, is available on request and a grocery-corner offers local ingredients for guests to prepare a meal in the privacy of their own apartment.

Rebecca Hollants van Loocke, Ascott’s Regional General Manager Germany, UK & Georgia, commented: ‘Frankfurt is a business and travel hub of vital importance to our international clients.  Our presence there will enable them to make a comfortable home-away-from-home for any length of time from one night to a month or more. When we add Hamburg to our existing properties in Berlin, Munich and now Frankfurt, Citadines Apart’Hotels will welcome guests to the four key German gateways.’

Ascott’s other properties in Germany are Citadines Kurfurstendam Berlin and Citadines Arnulfpark Munich, to be joined later this year by Citadines Michel Hamburg.  All are under the Citadines Apart’hotel label.
