A Capital Celebration

DoubleTree by Hilton London - Tower of London is offering a spectacular chance for partygoers to see in 2014 with one of the best rooftop views in the city. Guests will spend New Year’s Eve in the hotel’s 12th floor Skylounge bar, which boasts floor to ceiling windows and a long terrace overlooking the historic Tower of London, the iconic Tower Bridge and the magnificent Shard, before falling into bed in one of the hotel’s contemporary designed Queen guest rooms. The accommodation and Skylounge package starts from £340* for two people sharing a room and includes access to the Skylounge on New Year’s Eve, a glass of bubbly** on arrival, a canapé platter, a glass of bubbly to toast the New Year, a late-night snack and breakfast on New Year’s Day.

Having a Ball in Bristol

The stylish DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre is planning a party to end all parties this New Year’s Eve. Guests can book an overnight New Year’s Eve Party Package from just £112* per person and enjoy a decadent five-course dinner in the ballroom, followed by music from the hotel’s resident DJ late into the night.  Accommodation will be provided in one of the newly refurbished guestrooms and a hearty breakfast on New Year’s Day will ensure that 2014 begins on the right foot.

Masquerading in Milton Keynes & Dublin

DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes is upping the glamour stakes with a New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball. Celebrations will start with Prosecco** and canapés, followed by a delicious four-course dinner with wine** (half a bottle per person). The entertainment for the night is courtesy of all-girl trio, Silken Strings, a harpist on arrival and the house DJ who will keep everyone dancing until 2am. A night tucked up in a DoubleTree by Hilton Sweet Dreams® bed in a double room will be followed by a hearty full English breakfast. The package starts from £149* per person.

DoubleTree by Hilton’s newest hotel in Ireland, DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin – Burlington Road is following suit with a Masquerade Ball to ring in the New Year.  The hotel is offering a New Year’s Eve ball and accommodation package from just €125 (£104)* per person to include overnight accommodation, a four-course gala dinner, followed by Champagne**, a live band and a DJ. Breakfast will be provided to guests the next morning.

New Year’s in Newcastle

DoubleTree by Hilton Newcastle Airport invites revellers to celebrate with an evening of delectable dining and entertainment at the hotel’s Polo Suite. A four-course gala dinner, live singer and disco will combine to create a night of food, fun and festivities. The hotel’s New Year’s Eve package starts from £180* for two people sharing a room and includes the gala dinner and breakfast on New Year’s Day.  

Going Dutch

Farther afield, DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam – Centraal Station is offering bed and breakfast rates on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day from €299 (£124)* per room, per night (minimum two-night stay and excluding a 5.5% city tax).  The city makes for a magical escape over the festive season, thanks to the Amsterdam Light Festival, which will illuminate the historical centre from 6 December 2013 until 19 January 2014.
