The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has announced that the official launch for Prego has been set for today 9th October 2013. This trendy eatery is located within a brand new wing of the resort and is set to put the fun back into Italian dining.

Prego is a Westin concept restaurant that the entire family will enjoy. It has been thoughtfully designed to showcase a visually inspiring decor with bright accents to entice the senses. The aroma of wholesome food and fresh bread being baked in an open-plan kitchen will be a major attraction. Generous portions of classic pasta dishes along with regional specialties and wood-oven pizzas will represent real value for money.

At the helm of Prego is Italian Chef de Cuisine, Valerio Pachetti, taking charge of a friendly culinary brigade. He will ensure that that the integrity of traditional Italian fare is maintained at all times through the use of home-style recipes and quality ingredients.

There will be a Prego Family Brunch every Sunday from 11.30 am to 3 pm which promises to give weekend dining in Nusa the Dua area an exciting twist. It will feature lively activities, entertaining gimmicks and the island’s biggest buffet of authentic Italian cuisine.

Essentially, Prego will be an upbeat restaurant serving sensational food to complement Bali’s relaxed way of life. Ample parking space will be available for outside diners and an inviting ‘come as you are’ vibe will make sure that everyone feels welcome.
