“Business Bespoke" meetings & events introduced at Malmaison

Malmaison has launched its brand new meeting and events offering, “Business Bespoke”. From September 2013, the luxury boutique hotels are moving away from set meeting packages to a more custom built service. The hotels’ teams of dedicated meetings and event specialists will tailor-make meetings for a diverse range of businesses providing flexibility and services to meet every need.

No two meetings are the same and now event organisers will offer made-to-measure meeting and event hosting that really is a cut above the rest with glamorous venues, professional staff and a wealth of innovative extras.  The events teams can arrange everything from a post –meeting whiskey tasting to ghost stories over dinner to ensure a smooth running yet interesting event.

Business Bespoke also comes with an extensive range of Malmaison food collections to choose from including: Milan; Mal Classic; London; Hong Kong; and New York. The London collection features individual pork pies, honey roast gammon and cheddar, or for something a little different the Milan collection features pitta bread, hummus, mozzarella and basil arancini balls and paella.

With hotels across the UK from Aberdeen to London, from converted churches and prisons to a former nurses home there are currently 12 locations to choose from with the 13th – Dundee – opening later this year.  Malmaison London has undergone a total transformation and its new state of the art meeting space, private dining and ground floor lounge are the perfect place to host a meeting in London.

To mark the launch of Business Bespoke Malmaison is running a prize draw for one lucky client to win £500 worth of Harvey Nichols vouchers.  Anybody making an enquiry with the Central Events desk in the months of September and October and quoting ‘BESPOKE’ will be placed into a draw with the winner will be announced at the end of October.
