Jack’s Martini served at Andaz Liverpool Street’s 1901 Restaurant & Wine Bar

Jacks Martini
Andaz Liverpool Street Hotel’s 1901 Restaurant & Wine Bar knows how to get guests into the Halloween spirit with its signature cocktail - Jack’s Martini. Bound to create a few goose bumps, Jack’s Martini is aptly named after the infamous murderer Jack The Ripper who reputedly haunted London’s East End in 1888. Rumour has it Jack was part of the Freemasons who frequently visited the hotel’s original Masonic Temple.

To create 1901 Restaurant & Wine Bar’s signature cocktail, Head Bartender Giovanni Castorina muddles fresh cucumber with tangy lime, elderflower cordial, ice and Hendricks Gin. The cocktail is then shaken through to create a refreshing autumnal Martini, which is tasty enough to lure any witch off her broomstick!

Ingredients include:
• 60 ml Hendricks Gin
• 15ml Elderflower Cordial
• 2 Slices of Cucumber
• 1 Wedge of Lemon
