This wonderful culinary experience, guaranteed to delight even the most cultured of foodies, will take place from 29th – 31st August at the award winning restaurant Isla de Lobos at Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort in Lanzarote.
One of the most renowned chefs in the UK, awarded with a Michelin star, Adam Simmonds will share his culinary secrets with those present and will also be offering a delectable one-off tasting menu at a price of €46 (approximately £39)*. His menu is sure to offer an array of flavours and textures, with Adam famed for his modern techniques used to extract, interpret and present flavours in his dishes.
Guests will enjoy the following tasting menu:
Scallop fillets marinated in Veracruz vanilla and Canary Island limes with a sour apple jelly
Light soup Navarran asparagus and veal sweetbreads on a vinaigrette of caramelized hazelnuts
European lobster drizzled with a sea urchin and beetroot cream
Slow-cooked loin of lamb with blanched spring onions and their ‘ashes’
Creamy yoghurt ice-cream made from Finca de Uga goat’s milk served with raspberries and crunchy crushed pistachio nuts
Adam joined Danesfield House in 2007, following three years at Ynyshir Hall in Wales, where he achieved a Michelin star in 2006. Prior to that, Adam created his created his foundation in traditional French cooking experience at The Ritz, The Halkin, The Lanesborough and Heathcote’s before joining Marco Pierre White at Les Saveurs and then L’Escargot, but at the age of 29 moved to Le Manoir aux Quat’Saison.
