Pop over to Grace Santorini for Matsuhisa exclusive Pop-Up

Grace Santorini
‘Pop-up’ restaurants are all about keeping dining fresh, fun and offering out-of-the-ordinary culinary experiences. This autumn, Grace Santorini, an exclusive boutique hotel in Greece, will deliver just that through their partnership with legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa from 3rd to 9th October 2013.

For one week only, Grace Santorini will feature the ‘Omakase’ set menu which provides the perfect way to sample the delicate Matsuhisa cuisine, known for its unique Japanese-Peruvian union.  Seven of the most popular and classic dishes will take centre stage including Black Cod and New Style Sashimi, expertly created at Grace Santorini by five guest chefs from Matsuhisa Mykonos. Matsuhisa has a long-standing tradition of flavour and culture fusions, making this ‘pop-up’ the ideal seaside pairing of East meets West.

Nobuyuki Matsuhisa opened his first restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1987. He quickly grew from strength to strength to become the world famous chef he is today with 25 restaurants in 21 different cities around the world and a vast celebrity following. The pop-up at Grace Santorini will be framed by panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and Cyclades Islands, being perched high above the Caldera with a vantage point perfect for watching the famed Santorini sunsets. Set in the picturesque village of Imerovigli in the northwest of the island, Grace Santorini has been designed with a mix of traditional architectural elements and local craftsmanship with understated modern touches providing a timeless elegance.

The Omakase set menu is €95 per person, excluding wines and spirits.

Stay at Grace Santorini from €370 per room per night, based on two sharing, inclusive of Champagne breakfast and all taxes.
