Mount Royale Hotel & Burbridges Restaurant New Year’s Eve Masquerade Celebration

All guests are encouraged to wear elaborate and creative masquerade masks throughout the evening to maintain the intrigue of the night. Masks will be provided to hotel guests as anonymity is a synonymous aspect of such an evening.
From 7pm an array of global culinary delights will be served to celebrate the arrival of New Year on the hour every hour from respective countries around the world.
“We are very excited about bring food and drink from around the world to Burbridges this New Year. It’s going to be a night to remember and we hope it will certainly be an experience that is exceptional for York this New Year. Refreshments will be served throughout the evening to celebrate as many countries and cultures as possible. The fun is that it’s beyond your control” comments Simon, owner of Burbridges Restaurant.
The hotel is offering a one or two night stay for the event which also includes a Masquerade Mask and entertainment by Ben Beattie’s Jazz Essentials. Prices for the New Year break are from £165 per person for one night and £235 for two nights, Upgrades to executive rooms and suites are available. Non-residential places at the Masquerade evening will be made available.
“Guests have often said that they would like something different to the ‘same old’ New Year dinner & dance and Simon has come up with a formula that we think will delight and entertain. We’re not revealing everything about the event yet, but that’s part of the fun of a Masquerade, you find out on the night” adds Mount Royale Hotel director, Stuart Oxtoby.
An ‘All American Breakfast’ will be served to welcome New Year in the Americas on New Year’s morning.
