British Athletes continue to celebrate their 2012 success
After 4 years of grueling preparation, who would blame our Great British athletes for a few short months of celebrating their success? The latest event in Team GB’s busy party calendar, was the Post Games Athlete Celebration hosted by top sports agent Elite Sports Properties at the May Fair Hotel. On Monday (15th October) the May Fair’s luxurious, pristine white Penthouse Suite was studded gold, silver and bronze, as the winning athletes were out in force. The training regime was clearly on hold, as the stars of Team GB enjoyed champagne and Great British dishes; fish and chips and mini Beef Wellingtons.
Attendees included: Sir Chris Hoy, Jason Kenny, Rebecca Adlington, Dr Tim Brabants, Richard Whitehead, Keri-Anne Payne, Leon Taylor and Steve Parry.
Double gold medalist Rebecca Adlington dazzled in a classic white Reiss dress, whilst marathon swimmer Keri-Anne Payne shone in a midnight blue Warehouse number with diamante embellishment.
Said CEO of Elite Sports Properties, Rob Woodhouse "It’s been a great night. It’s good to see the athletes relax and unwind in such a stunning venue and have the opportunity to thank all of our sponsors for their support. ”
