Leading cruise operator Silversea has announced Belfast as the latest UK route to be added to its extensive flight programme.
Silversea, which offers the most flexible air programme in the cruise industry, will introduce the new route to all of its worldwide voyages. Belfast will also be included in Silversea’s complimentary return economy air programme on selected voyages for the remainder of 2012 and 2013.

RCL Cruises Ltd now has more routes for travel agents to enjoy special offers, selling tips and great competitions with a new dedicated travel agent Facebook page.
The former Cruising for Excellence page has rebranded as RCL Travel Agents and will provide the core of a centralised online community in which agents can engage and interact with Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.

First new riverboat on the Mississippi River in 17 Years will be christened in Nashville

American Cruise Lines, operator of the newest fleet of riverboats and small cruise ships in the United States, have announced that on Saturday, August 25, in Nashville, Tennessee, Phyllis Dale, a nationally-recognized travel agent and small-ship cruise expert, will christen Queen of the Mississippi and help celebrate the company’s first-ever season on the Mississippi River. Following the ceremony, Queen of the Mississippi, the first authentic paddlewheeler built for the Mississippi River in nearly 20 years, will set sail at full capacity on an eight-day voyage from Nashville to St. Louis.
