Celebrity Cruises introduces new tools and offers for agents to benefit from bookings made at sea

Celebrity Cruises has announced that agents can now benefit from new marketing tools and training modules in order to remind their clients of the great offers available if they rebook a cruise whilst on holiday.
Holidays booked with the onboard booking programme, ‘Celebrity Future Cruise Holidays’ can now make the most of the year-round offer available to them, including $500 onboard credit. This offer can also be combined with the ‘123go!’ promotion – the choice between a free classic drinks package, free gratuities or up to an additional $300 in onboard credit. This enables guests to potentially receive up to $800 onboard spend when combining the two offers.

Guests sailing with Celebrity Cruises who rebook their next cruise whilst onboard will automatically have their reservation credited to their preferred travel partner, enabling agents to receive 10 per cent commission on each of these bookings.   Guests taking advantage of the onboard programme will also enjoy additional benefits including £150 deposit per person on staterooms, specific stateroom selection and the option to make changes to the booking up to 75 days before the selected sailing date (90 days for Christmas and New Year).   Nicki Tempest-Mitchell, Celebrity Cruises, director of sales commented: “Offering travel agents the tools to accelerate repeat business bookings with an enhanced offer and the chance to earn commission on bookings made by their customers through the ‘Celebrity Future Cruise Holidays’ programme onboard our ships is part of our ongoing commitment to our trade partners. We’re also encouraging agents to make the most of the training module and collateral available to make customers aware of the fantastic offers available for those considering booking their next cruise whilst onboard. Celebrity Cruises enjoys high repeat guest rates and it’s great news that agents can earn more for their part in delivering satisfied customers.”
