Celebrity Cruises announces 2015 European sailings and early bookings price promise

Celebrity Cruises has announced its European sailings for 2015 with five ships sailing in the region, including Celebrity Eclipse based out of Southampton for her fifth consecutive summer season. 2015 will also include calls at 99 ports in 30 different countries with overnight stays in 15 destinations and enticing ports of call such as Ibiza (Spain), Burgas (Bulgaria), Frederica (Denmark) and Salerno (Italy).

The 2015 sailings will go on sale on 18 March 2014 and for the first time Celebrity Cruises will be offering its ‘cruise price promise’ on all sailings. This means that Celebrity Cruises is guaranteeing that all bookings made before 30 April 2014 will be protected by a lower price or promotion should it become available at a later date. Plus, Celebrity Cruises is also offering up to $400 onboard spend for each stateroom booking made. The cruise price and promotion promise is subject to terms and conditions.  

The cruise line’s newest and most luxurious ship Celebrity Reflection will sail her 2015 summer season in Europe along with Celebrity Silhouette, Celebrity Equinox and Celebrity Constellation sailing European waters and Celebrity Eclipse based out of the UK.

Celebrity Eclipse this week scooped the award for ‘Best for Cabins’ and ‘Best from the UK’ in the Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice 2014 Awards – the world’s largest online cruise community - will sail three new itineraries in 2015 including 13 and 15-night Canaries and Azores sailings and a 15-night Scandinavia and Russia sailing:  

·         13-night Canaries and Azores cruise calling at Ponta Delgada (Azores), Madeira (Funchal, Portugal), Gran Canaria (Canary Islands), Tenerife (Canary Islands), Lanzarote (Canary Islands) and Lisbon (Portugal). Prices start from £1,399 per person cruise-only (based on two people sharing an oceanview stateroom)  

Also this week Celebrity Equinox was awarded ‘Best for Public Rooms’ and ‘Best for Service’ in the Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice 2014 Awards. The ship will add a voyage to Salerno (Italy) and an overnight in Ibiza as part of its seven-night Spanish Interlude cruise, plus late night calls into Mykonos, Greece on the revamped Grand Mediterranean Tour cruise. A highlight for Celebrity Equinox is a cruise departing on 11 May 2015 sailing from Barcelona to Rome that features an exciting overnight stay in Cannes during the Cannes International Film Festival.  

·         Seven-night Spanish Interlude cruise calling at Rome (Italy), Florence (Italy), Nice (France), Porto Torres (Sardinia, Italy), Ibiza (Spain), Palma de Mallorca (Spain) and Barcelona (Spain). Fly/cruise prices starting from £1,519 per person (based on two people sharing an oceanview stateroom)  

·         Seven-night Italian Renaissance cruise calling at Barcelona (Spain), Cannes (France), Genoa (Italy), Rome (Italy), Amalfi Coast (Salerno, Italy), Chania (Crete, Greece) and Athens (Greece). Fly/cruise prices starting from £1,599 per person (based on two people sharing an oceanview stateroom)  

Celebrity Constellation will sail six new itineraries from the new homeport of Venice including a 13-night Black Sea and Greek Isles cruise calling at Burgas (Bulgaria) for the first time. In addition Celebrity Constellation will be in Venice for the Redentore Festival – an event featuring decorated boats and fireworks displays in a celebration that commemorate of the end of the Black Plague.  

·         13-night Black Sea and Greek Isles cruise fly/cruise calling at Istanbul (Turkey), Burgas (Bulgaria), Mykonos (Greece), Athens (Greece), Ephesus (Turkey) and Istanbul (Turkey). Fly/cruise prices start from £2,949 per person (based on two people sharing an oceanview stateroom)  

Celebrity Cruises’ newest ship, Celebrity Reflection, will again be sailing a series of 10 and 11-night Eastern Mediterranean cruises from Rome (Civitavecchia, Italy). The ship boasts a number of industry firsts, including spa-inspired AquaClass Suites and the ultra-luxurious Reflection Suite - the first to include a glass shower extending out over the edge of the ship.  

Celebrity Silhouette will offer seven new sailings to its European season. From Amsterdam will be a series of British Isles itineraries and Baltic cruises. Relocating to Rome in September 2015, the ship will also offer western Mediterranean cruises and two Holy Land options. The New 12-night British Open sailing offers includes an overnight in Edinburgh for guests to enjoy The Open Championships at St Andrews.  

·         12-night British Open cruise calling at Amsterdam (Netherlands), Dover (England), Edinburgh (South Queensferry, Scotland), Inverness/Loch Ness (Scotland), Belfast (Northern Ireland), Dublin Bay (Ireland), Cork (Ireland) and St. Peter Port (Channel Islands). Fly/cruise prices start from £2,139 per person (based on two people sharing an oceanview stateroom)  

New for the 2015 European season, Celebrity Cruises’ will also be unveiling its new Suite Class experience with exclusive new benefits including a suites-only restaurant, VIP lounge, complimentary premium drinks and more.  

A deployment guide and map will be sent to agents and will showcase all itineraries throughout Europe in 2015, highlighting the new sailings and a selection of top offers.
