The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa announces success at The Bath Good Food Awards

The Dower House Restaurant at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce it has been awarded ‘Best Fine Dining Wine List’ at the Bath Good Food Awards, as well as Head Chef David Campbell being Highly Commended in the ‘Best Chef’ category.  
Held this year at the Bath Pavillion on 28 February 2016, the Bath Good Food Awards seeks to recognise the best restaurants, cafes and delicatessens in more than 30 categories.

After nominees were shortlisted by votes from the public, a panel of gastronomic experts including Telegraph Food Columnist, Xanthe Clay, and Masterchef Champion, Ping Coombs, judged the finalists and announced the winners. With over 12,000 nominations for the 2015 awards, the success reflects a well-deserved victory for The Dower House against impressive competition.

With yet another accolade to add to his repertoire, Head Sommelier Jean-Marc Leitao has compiled the remarkable Wine List using his extensive knowledge and experience by combining flavours and tones from all over the world.
